Disaster Distress Helpline (DDH)

The federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) runs a helpline open to anyone experiencing emotional distress related to disasters. You may call for yourself or on behalf of someone else. Call or text 1-800-985-5990 to speak with a crisis counselor.

FEMA

You may be eligible for disaster assistance through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Follow the link below to learn more. 

Red Cross Shelter Locator

If the flooding has forced you to evacuate your home, or disrupted your access to essential services, the Red Cross may be able to help. Visit their shelter locator to find shelter near you.
