At Findhelp, we're committed to providing them with the necessary tools and training, and our Learning Series offers a blend of independent study and peer learning to build confidence and deepen their knowledge. By focusing on thorough discovery, education, and support, we empower CE Leads to make a meaningful difference in the communities they serve.

Network Impact
To date, 336 CE Leads from 226 Findhelp customers have participated in our Basic, Intermediate and Advanced CE Lead Courses. They represent government, healthcare, academic, nonprofit, and private sector organizations from 41 states throughout the United States. An average of 22 CE Leads complete our courses each month, gaining the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources to build sustainable health-related social need referral networks in their region.
Outcomes
Our Learning Series is making an impact with Findhelp customers nationwide. Peer learning has been reported as the most impactful element of participation in the Intermediate and Advanced CE Lead Courses.
These engaging and interactive sessions promote enhanced learning and development. As a result, customers gain the confidence, knowledge, and skills to drive meaningful engagement and regional impact.
