Wednesday July 13th, 2022, 1:00pm-2:00pm PT- How to search for and connect people to resources;
- How to send and track your referrals; and
- How to claim your program(s) & join the findhelp.org network!
- 201: Navigating Your Free Suite of Tools
Wednesday July 20th, 2022 1:00pm-2:00pm PT- Manage program listings and collaborate with your team;
- Manage intake and determine eligibility;
- Capture your impact using our analytics reporting.
- 301: Office Hours and Troubleshooting
Wednesday July 27th, 2022 1:00pm-2:00pm PT- Open time to ask questions, get clarifications, and troubleshoot any problems you may have after the first two sessions.
