Introduction to ConnectSBC: A Three Part Series

Join your fellow Santa Barbara, California-based professionals from the nonprofit, government, healthcare, and education sectors who are using ConnectSBC to connect people to social services in your area.  This is a three part learning series split over three weeks. 

This three part series will include:

  • 101: An Introduction to ConnectSBC 
    Wednesday July 13th, 2022, 1:00pm-2:00pm PT
    • How to search for and connect people to resources; 
    • How to send and track your referrals; and
    • How to claim your program(s) & join the findhelp.org network!
  • 201: Navigating Your Free Suite of Tools
    Wednesday July 20th, 2022   1:00pm-2:00pm PT
    • Manage program listings and collaborate with your team;
    • Manage intake and determine eligibility;
    • Capture your impact using our analytics reporting.
  • 301: Office Hours and Troubleshooting
    Wednesday July 27th, 2022   1:00pm-2:00pm PT
    • Open time to ask questions, get clarifications, and troubleshoot any problems you may have after the first two sessions.

Before their time with findhelp, Alex worked with nonprofit and in higher education institutions across California on basic needs allocation . Alex is passionate about connecting the dots between access to equitable healthcare and social determinants of health.
