Now that you have a solid list of partners, its time to work on engaging them! The goals of engagement can vary based on your goals. Is your goal for CBOs to know about your site? Keep their information updated? Be open to receiving and responding to referrals? We can tailor our outreach to not only move towards your goals, but meet these organizations where they are.

Our customers work through this process by stewarding these partners through what we call the CBO adoption journey.

Network Participation

CBO Adoption Journey

We use a three-phase approach—Learn, Join, and Grow—to build strong and lasting partnerships.

Learn

In this first phase, we focus on understanding where our partners are in their journey. We engage with you directly to build trust and start a strong relationship.

Goal: To begin educating you about our network and build a relationship that will lead to a lasting partnership.

Join

This phase is all about deepening our relationship. We want you to feel a sense of ownership and start exploring our network and site tools.

Goal: To help you see the value of our network and become a committed partner.

Grow

This is where we help you fully integrate our tools into your daily operations. By understanding your current workflows, we can recommend tools to improve efficiency and make your work easier.

Goal: To have a shared understanding of your workflows and recommend tools that will make you more efficient and encourage deeper engagement with our network.

CBO Discovery and Workflow Analysis

Deeply understanding your partners stakeholders, priorities, client coordination processes, and support needs will help you articulate the value of network participation for each CBO. Tailored messaging and platform recommendations will help set your partners up for sustainable success.

Additional Engagement Strategies

Incorporating a variety of engagement strategies (ex. outreach, events, one-on-one meetings, quarterly touch points, and group feedback sessions) is an excellent way to raise community awareness, connect with new CBOs, and deepen relationships with existing partners.
