Below are frequently asked questions relating to Findhelp Analytics and their answers. If you have further questions that have not been answered, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager!
Access
Why don’t I see Site Tools in the top toolbar?
The Site Tools menu is only visible if you are a site administrator, group manager, or have been provisioned access to site analytics. If one of these scenarios is true for you and you still do not see Site Tools in the top toolbar, confirm that you are logged into the site. If you are logged in, then work with your site administrator to ensure they have granted you the appropriate access.

Why don’t I see My Program Tools in the top toolbar?
The My Programs Tools menu is only visible if you claimed a program, or have been added to a program team as an admin or worker. If one of these scenarios is true for you and you still do not see My Programs Tools in the top toolbar, confirm that you are logged into the site. If you are logged in, then work with your program admin to ensure they added you to the program team.

I am on the Site Analytics page but cannot find a dashboard I am looking for.
If you cannot locate a specific dashboard that you believe you should have access to, first make sure you are logged into the site. If you have confirmed that you are logged into the site and still don’t see the dashboards you are looking for, work with your site administrator to ensure they have granted you the appropriate access.
Why am I getting an Access Denied error when trying to view analytics?
Are you are getting an Access Denied error when trying to view your Analytics? Below are common causes and ways to fix them.
You don't have access to the Dashboard
- If you received a direct link to a dashboard from someone at your organization, you may not have access to view it.
- Fix: Reach out to your Site Administrator to request access.
Your security settings are blocking the Analytics Dashboards
- If you are provisioned to see the dashboard and are receiving an Access Denied error, there is likely a VPN or site blocker that is preventing access to our Analytics tool.
- Fix: Work with your IT team to allowlist* this URL: .periscopedata.com

Difference Between Dashboards
Why are metrics different between the Network Overview Dashboard and Site Activity Dashboard?
The Site Activity dashboard shows all usage from your entire site, including searches that are outside of your listed reporting service area. The Network Overview dashboard shows usage from within your service area.
Why are metrics different between the Group and Navigator Activity and Site Assessment Details (PII) dashboards?
Timing! Assessment details (PII) report is updated on an hourly basis. Aggregate assessment data, which is used in the Group and Navigator Activity dashboard is updated on a daily basis.
