- Register and attend both the Findhelp Fundamentals for Communities (101) and CBO Tool Training (201) webinars offered by our Learning & Enablement team.
- Pass the Findhelp Certification Quiz.

How will I get the Findhelp Certified Icon on my Program?
For certified users who have claimed their programs AND turned on a referral tool, an Icon will be added to your program’s display information. This allows seekers and navigators to immediately recognize your program's high level of platform knowledge, signaling that you are more likely to engage with, respond to, and support seekers.
