Customer SQL Database

The Customer MySQL Database gives you a secure, direct connection to your site's data. This allows you to explore how your users are interacting with your site and combine findhelp data with information from your other systems for deeper analysis.

This service is available for an additional cost or is included with the Premium Reports & Insights package.

How It Works

Nearly every click on your findhelp site is logged in our data warehouse, which we use to create the reports in your Customer Analytics dashboard.

If you need to go beyond these standard reports, the Customer MySQL Database is the perfect solution. It provides you with a read-only copy of your raw findhelp data, which you can pull into your own systems. This allows your business intelligence teams to:

  • Create custom reports on your findhelp metrics.

  • Combine findhelp data with information from other systems, such as your EHR, CRM, or case management platforms, for a more comprehensive view.

The database is updated daily with cumulative data.
