Data Collection Form Dashboard
The provides a centralized view of all form submissions for your program. Use this tool to monitor seeker needs in real-time and export your data for deep-dive analysis.
Note: This dashboard will automatically appear in your reporting suite once you have selected a Data Collection Form as an intake method.
Key Capabilities
Use this dashboard to:
- Monitor Activity: View a comprehensive history of all form submissions across your site(s).
- Drill Down: Access detailed, individual-level responses for every seeker.
- Perform Custom Analysis: Export raw data to track trends or integrate with your internal systems.
Understanding the Data Table
The Data Collection Form Details table provides a granular look at every submission. Within this table, you can find:
- Seeker Details: Full name and direct contact information.
- Submitter Details: Information on the individual who completed the form.
- Timestamps: The exact date and time of each submission.
- Full Responses: Every question asked on your form and the corresponding answer provided.
How to Download Your Data
You can export any chart or table from this dashboard to a CSV file for offline use:
- Locate the data: Hover your mouse over the specific chart or table you wish to export.
- Open the menu: Click the three lines (menu icon) in the top-right corner of the tile.
- Select Download: Click “Download Data” to save the file to your device.
