Deploy + Adopt

Congratulations—your organization has successfully laid the groundwork! The Deploy and Adopt phase is the official debut of your program to both your internal team and your community partners.

This is where your vision becomes a reality. As you go live, we’ll move from planning to action, using the goals and KPIs we established together to track your progress and celebrate your impact. Our focus is on ensuring a smooth transition so that your new tools feel like a natural, valuable part of your team’s day-to-day success.

  • Agile Success Planning: Maintain a proactive action plan so that if your KPIs aren't quite where you want them, your team is ready to pivot and get back on track quickly.

Holding Feedback Sessions With Your Team

In our experience, the best tools are those that grow alongside the people using them. By inviting your 'Professional Navigators' and staff to share their thoughts, you’re doing so much more than just gathering data—you’re giving them a real voice in how the platform works.

When team members see their feedback spark real improvements, they stop feeling like they have to use a new system and start feeling like they want to lead the way.

The Workflow Feedback Survey Example

How is Findhelp working for you? We want to ensure that our digital tools make your daily work easier and more impactful. Please share your experience with us so we can continue to refine our processes.

    • Describe your current workflow: Walk us through how you currently use the platform to support your community.

    • Identify the "Win" Moments: In what specific scenarios do you find the platform most helpful?

    • Celebrate Success: What is currently working well for you and your team?

    • Highlight the Hurdles: Are there specific moments where the platform feels less helpful or difficult to navigate?

    • Shape the Future: If you could change one thing to make your day-to-day work more efficient, what would it be?

How This Drives Adoption & Change Management

Collecting this feedback is a critical step in the "Reinforcement" phase of change management. Here is why this matters for your organization:

  • Identifies "Friction Points": Low usage is often caused by a small, fixable technical hurdle. These questions help you spot those hurdles before they lead to total disengagement.

  • Builds Psychological Ownership: Users are much more likely to adopt a tool when they feel their "Subject Matter Expertise" influenced how it was set up.

  • Creates Peer Champions: By asking "What is working well?", you identify success stories. You can then highlight these "Power Users" to train others, which is often more effective than top-down instruction.

  • Informs Continuous Training: If multiple users say the platform is "not helpful" in a specific area, it tells you exactly where you need to provide more education or adjust the digital workflow.

You’ve done the hard work of building a foundation—now it's time to watch your impact grow. We are honored to be your partner on this journey and look forward to celebrating every milestone with you!
