Findhelp Support Chat

Findhelp's Chat feature connects both customer navigators and program claimers directly with our Frontline Support team. Program claimers can get extra help claiming programs, managing their information, or responding to referrals. Meanwhile, customer navigators can ask questions about specific features like Favorites folders or referrals, or get support with any technical issues.How it Works

The Chat feature is available exclusively to program claimers and customer navigators on sites without an integration. They can chat directly with Findhelp's Frontline Support team Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central time.

Chat is not available to sites with an integration or to seekers.

Starting a Chat

To start a chat, just make sure you're signed in and look for the chat widget at the bottom of your screen. It's always there, no matter which page you're on.

Common Chat requests:

Questions about specific features! Common questions include how to use favorites folders, notes, the connect button, and more

Program updates! Claiming a program or updating a program’s contact method

Technical questions!


 

 

 

Seekers on Chat

By design, Chat is not currently available to people seeking services (Seekers) as we are not licensed helping professionals. However, should Seekers somehow access Chat, they will receive assistance conducting a quick search to point them towards helpful resources.
