As a  Pro, Enterprise, or Enterprise+ customer, we recommend setting up two separate websites for your organization. This is our standard practice and it offers a number of benefits.

A Staff Site

Your Findhelp staff site comes with a variety of powerful features designed to help your team work more efficiently and connect people with the help they need.

  • Work Together as a Team: Team collaboration tools help your staff stay on the same page. You can work together on cases by creating shared lists of favorite programs, taking notes together, and managing referrals as a team. This lets your team communicate and share real-time updates about individuals you're helping, all within your findhelp platform.

  • Track Outcomes: Easily track if someone successfully received help. You can log a referral and follow up with the person to close the loop, which means you can confirm they successfully connected with the program. This helps you track the real impact of your work.

  • Access and Security Options: You can choose to require a login for your site to keep information secure. We also offer single sign-on (SSO), which allows your team to access findhelp using their existing work credentials, like their email and password.

  • Integrate with Your Systems: Your findhelp site can connect directly with your existing Electronic Health Record (EHR) or other care platform. This helps your team save time and manage referrals seamlessly without switching between different applications.

 

Technical Integration Details

For a deeper level of integration, we use a standard called SMART on FHIR. This allows us to integrate our platform into your EHR or care management system in a powerful way.

  • Secure Access: SMART on FHIR automatically handles user login and account creation for your staff, so they can access findhelp securely without extra steps.
  • Prevent Double Documentation: Relevant client information, such as their demographics, is automatically carried over from your EHR to findhelp, eliminating the need for your staff to enter the same information twice. This streamlines workflows and reduces the risk of errors.

 

A Community Site

We can also create a website tailored for the people you serve—whether they are patients, members, or clients. This site also helps your broader community. Empowering your community with a private and anonymous way to find help is a key benefit of your Findhelp site.

 

  • Empower Your Community to Find Help: We've found that people often search for different resources when they can do it anonymously versus when a login is required. Giving your community this option empowers them to find help on their own terms. It also allows your staff to focus their attention on people with more urgent or high-level needs.
  • Understanding Community Trends: Having separate sites for your staff and your community gives you a clear way to understand trends and gather valuable insights.
