Putting Your Training Strategy Into Motion

Now that the foundation is built, it's time to move from theory to reality. Your customized roadmap—originally designed during the Scope + Design phase—is ready for action. You can find your specific timelines and milestones detailed in the Training Tab of your Project Plan.

To ensure a successful rollout, focus on these three final steps:

  • Schedule Your Sessions: If you have a training lead, coordinate your instructor-led sessions for your end users now.

  • Deploy Digital Learning: If your strategy includes e-learning, upload the modules to your Learning Management System (LMS) to provide staff with flexible, on-demand training.

  • Solidify Your Go-Live Date: With your training schedule in place, you can confidently set your official launch date—the moment your vision for social care becomes a reality.

Launch Day: The "Big Reveal"

To help your team stay organized during that big first week, here is a Go-Live & Beyond checklist. You can share this with your training leads to ensure they feel supported from the moment your site launches.

  • Send the Welcome Email: Announce the live platform to the whole team and include the link for easy access.

  • Celebrate the Win: Share a quick "congratulations" note to the team which includes shoutouts for your first adopters. You can see who these are in the Group and Navigator Activity dashboard.

  • Open a Feedback Loop: Let staff know exactly where to go (or who to message) if they have a quick question during their first few logins.
