When making or updating a referral there are multiple places where additional notes can be shared with the program.
Live Referral Form Comments
When you fill out a referral form for someone, you can leave comments in the comments section. These comments are shared with both the person being referred and the program in the referral email. They also appear on the seeker's profile.
Comments on a referral can be viewed by going to the seeker's profile and scrolling down to the Navigation History section. Find the specific referral with the comment to see what was written. These comments are also visible to the program you've sent the referral to.
Referral Notes
You can add a note directly to a referral within a seeker's profile by clicking Add Note.
You can choose whether the note is visible to others by checking the box below the message space. Checking the "Make the note visible" box allows both your staff and the community organization to see the note.
