Building Your Social Care Program

Your implementation will happen in the following phases.

The exact timeline for launching your platform will depend on a few key factors:

  • The scope of any requested customizations.
  • Whether your setup involves integrations with other systems.
  • The speed of your team's response to decision points and deliverables requested by the Findhelp team.

 Our partnership begins with the Initiate + Align phase, which kicks off with an initial call with your Customer Success Manager. During this meeting, you’ll work together to determine a realistic go-live date based on the goals in your Program Charter and the progress made during Scope and Design.
