How do I setup a screener for my program?
Setting up an Intake Screener
If your program is listed on the Findhelp network, then you have the option to setup a custom screener to help determine if your organization can help people who reach out.
When someone clicks “Apply” on your program card—whether through Findhelp or via program search in Kiip—they’ll be prompted to complete the screener. Once submitted, their responses will appear in your inbound client dashboard in Kiip, linked to their new client profile.
How to Set Up Your Screener

Log in to your Findhelp account

Click “Update Your Programs”

Select “Edit Contact Settings”

Under the contact method dropdown, choose:
“Gather more info about eligibility with a customized screening form”
From here, you can:

Edit the screener’s title and questions

Mark questions as required or optional

Add custom messages for participants who are eligible or ineligible
When you’re ready, click “Publish” to activate the screener for your program.
Viewing Screener Data
If you'd like to see your intake screener responses in aggregate:

Log into Findhelp

Navigate to your Program Analytics

From there, you can download a CSV file containing all screener data
This can be especially helpful for tracking trends and understanding who’s applying to your program.
