Access to case notes
Keeping confidential notes on clients and cases is essential. Kiip provides private notes in each client’s room, accessible to all team members, for important client details visible only to your program. Case Notes allows you to securely log interactions, referrals, and services in one place, with automatic logging of shared referrals as notes in the room.
Add a case note
Click on ‘Notes’ in the left-hand navigation of a client room. Leave a note and click ‘Add Note’ to save it for future reference.
Security Note: Case notes are end-to-end encrypted to ensure your client data stays private and secure.
