Chat is a feature that allows navigators who are signed in to chat directly with someone on Findhelp's Frontline Support team, Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm Central time. They support:
- Questions about specific platform features
- Updating general program information
- Claiming your program
- Technical issues with your site
When enabled, you will see the chat widget at the bottom of your screen. Click on it to start a chat!
