You will always start a referral from a seeker's profile. This will save it to their shared care history letting your team know what programs they have already been referred to. You can get into a seeker profile by completing an assessment if they are someone you have not helped before, or by clicking on their name from the People I'm Helping dashboard.

To start a referral from the seeker's profile, go to the Navigation History section and click on the "Start a Referral" button.
You will see this banner across the top that lets you know you are in the seeker's profile. It will contain their information. It will also pull their zip code from their profile information into your search.
