Understanding Referral Statuses

Referral Statuses are a key tool that helps a seeker (the person needing help), a navigator (the person who made the referral), and the program that received it, to work together.

Think of it as a shared communication channel. It allows everyone involved to easily track and update the progress of a referral, ensuring the seeker gets the support they need in a timely and coordinated way.
