At findhelp, we created a social care network that connects people and programs — making it easy for people to find social services in their communities, for nonprofits to coordinate their efforts, and for customers to integrate social care into the work they already do.
More than 300,000 users in Pennsylvania have searched for services via the findhelp network. As we experience unprecedented levels of unemployment, food insecurity, sickness, and general adversity, we want to highlight the impact our network is having in Pennsylvania and affirm our commitment to helping individuals in need.
Customers use findhelp to integrate social care into their systems and make a positive difference in their communities. Our solutions include advanced features like EHR and care platform integrations, premium reporting, dedicated support, and more. Our network is live wherever our customers are located and they can make referrals starting day one.
We also make it easy for organizations to connect to and follow up with care. Our search is an easy way to get services, connect people to what they need, and quickly follow up. Our free tools let you manage your program listings on our network, track referrals, manage team capacity, report on outcomes, and more.
We’ve led a decade-long journey to build the largest and most widely used social care network in the country, with more than 1,970 resources serving each and every county in Pennsylvania. By engaging with nonprofits like yours in Pennsylvania, we support more than 14,100 distinct program locations listed in our local network and 27 customers across the state.
"As Pennsylvania increases its focus on prevention, findhelp can be used to help address upstream issues and social determinants of health, long before an individual in the community engages with the healthcare system. Providing essential services through coordination with local organizations will lead to improved support and services pre-crisis, thereby improving outcomes for individuals and communities, and reducing barriers to care."

“We chose to partner with findhelp because there was an alignment of our missions. Our core values were very similar, and we saw that there was an opportunity to not only meet the needs of our community, but to really develop an innovative approach to the way we address the social needs and the social determinants of health.’”

"While there are a number of vendors capable of providing social determinants of health technology services, findhelp has truly distinguished itself through partnership and collaboration. They have provided their insights at the regional and national levels throughout the pandemic which helped us to be even more proactive within the communities we serve."
