06.18.26 | Analytic Dashboard Updates
On June 18, 2026, Findhelp is rolling out performance and UI/UX improvements as appropriate to following Dashboards: Trusted Networks; Supply & Demand; Site Referral Details (PII); Group Based Site Referral Details; and Group & Navigator Activity.
The latest release updates the Findhelp dashboards with new branding graphics and color schemes, shifting focus toward time-series data and detailed tables. To keep this update concise, charts that only received color adjustments are not shown below.
Trusted Networks Dashboard Updates
What's New
- Style Changes: The most notable change to this dashboard is the color scheme and move away from mixed line/bar charts to line charts.
- "Referrals w/ Responses" Data Table: Referral and closed-loop response rates have been added in a data table that is displayed by the selected aggregation period.
- "Most Engaged Site" Column: As part of ongoing performance improvements to this report, we've removed the "Most Engaged Site" column, which identified the site driving the most engagement for each program. The underlying engagement metrics (interactions, connections, referrals) remain available in this report. This change helps reduce report load times.
- "Findhelp_Certified" & "Include_Findhelp" Filters Removal: These two filters were removed from the report to align with concept changes.

The only change is migration away from the combined line/bar chart to a line chart only. The time frame was removed from the chart title and overlay to ensure a more readable design. The time frame still appears in several places on the overall dashboard.

What's New
- "Search Share by Type" Table: We've added a Search Share by Type percentages table to show share of program, postal, and api based searches as a % of the total searches.
- "Most Engaged Site" Column: As part of ongoing performance improvements to this report, we've removed the "Most Engaged Site" column, which identified the site driving the most engagement for each program. The underlying engagement metrics (interactions, connections, referrals) remain available in this report. This change helps reduce report load times.

Only minor changes outside of visual colors and lines for the data table. The data table now shows 20 results versus 15 due to changes in screen real estate and percentages on the pie chart are rounded to the nearest whole number to reduce visual clutter.

Group & Navigator Activity Dashboard Updates
What's New
- "Sessions" Metric Removed: The Sessions metric has been removed and replaced by "Total Site Traffic", which reflects unique cookie counts. This is useful for understanding overall site visits, including from users who didn't log in. Since this dashboard focuses on logged-in workers taking action, raw visit/cookie counts aren't included in these activity totals.
- Navigator Definition Update: We've refined how Navigators are counted. Previously, a user could be counted as a Navigator simply by appearing in activity logs while being a live worker in the group, even if they were actually a Seeker managing their own referral. Navigators must now have an active login, in addition to group membership and worker status. This aligns with the Navigator metric with our "Logged In Users" reporting you a clearer funnel: total group members --> logged-in users --> Navigators (active referral senders).
- Totals No Longer Double-Count Shared Metrics: Metrics like searches, interactions, and referrals are no longer summed across groups in totals rows. Previously, users belonging to multiple groups had their activity counted one per group, inflating totals. Totals now reflect accurate, non-duplicated counts.
- Groups with Duplicate Names Are No Longer Merged: The dashboard previously combined groups that shared the same name and used a "highest value" approach across them, which could mask or misrepresent underlying data. Each group is now treated as a distinct entity, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Worker Activity Scoped to Customer Subdomain: Group membership, referrals, and related activity are now counted only for workers verified on the customer's own subdomain(s) not any subdomain across the platform. This ensures the data you see reflects your organization specifically.
- "Show_Current_Workers_Only" Filter Added: A new filter was added to allow for filtering to current workers only.

Replaced Users Bar Chart, Distinct Identified Users, and Distinct Anonymous Users with User Metrics Line Chart (logged in, searched, sent referral) and Activity Metrics Line Chart (searches, interactions, referrals, assessments).
