From software implementation consultant to Peace Corps volunteer in Colombia, Savannah's focus has always been on education and capacity building for clients and the community. She is excited to use these past experiences to support individuals and community partners in leveraging findhelp's robust social care network to address social determinants of health and improve outcomes.
