At findhelp.org, our mission is to connect all people, and the programs that serve them, with dignity and ease. We believe that real people working within their local communities can make the biggest difference. That's why we created our fellowship program — to empower social care champions across the country to help their communities and bring our social care network to life.
Our first ever cohort is made up of an incredible crew of Fellows from across the country - all from different backgrounds and industries. Throughout the January - May 2022 period, the Fellows have been hard at work designing, implementing and completing their community projects.
Join us on May 9th to celebrate our fellows! We'll hear them present on their projects and discuss how they helped advance social care in their communities. We are excited to advance and raise the collective voices of our Spring 2022 cohort!
