This session Tera Morse will explore how Indiana 211 supports a “one-call, many solutions” model, enabling more coordinated, closed-loop referrals. Attendees will learn how the state prioritizes interoperability and vendor neutrality to ensure a seamless, no-wrong-door experience for all Hoosiers.

How can Indiana school districts turn daily health office visits into sustainable revenue? In this session, we'll explore how the platform’s integrated Medicaid billing functionality captures often-missed reimbursement opportunities without adding to nurse burnout. Featuring a special Q&A with Mary Hess, former Health & Wellness Director at Fort Wayne Community Schools, who will share her firsthand experience using data to drive student health outcomes and fiscal health in one of Indiana’s largest districts.

Drawing on experience as a navigator, community engagement lead, system administrator, and community foundation partner, they’ll explore the many ways organizations can engage with the platform—from frontline navigation to community-wide resource hubs—to better support families and drive measurable impact for initiatives like kindergarten readiness.
