Viewing Inbound Referrals
To view referrals sent to a specific program, select the program from the left side bar once you've selected the "Inbound Referrals" option in the Program Tools drop down menu.
The current default setting includes the view of the program most recently claimed and those referrals considered "open", or are otherwise in progress.
There will be a gold notification icon indicating how many new referrals have yet to be viewed and updated, along with the "new" designation on the line of the referral itself.
Information included in Inbound Referral Dashboard:
- Referred on date
- Seeker name, linked to their "seeker profile"
- Seeker contact information
- Referred by site name (name of the Findhelp partner site sending the referral)
- Referred by contact name
- Current Status of the Referral
- Last updated date
- Seeker's preferred language
