This certification course is for customer designated training leads who will be leading their organizations through Findhelp training materials.
This session will cover fundamental skills to give you a foundation on how to use the platform. This is the first session to be a certified Findhelp trainer.
Our Findhelp Fundamentals session will provide:
- Live Training (learn key fundamental skills within the Findhelp platform that you will later train your organization on)
- Personalized Support (ask questions, seek advice, and discuss use cases)
