Who is Aunt Bertha

At Aunt Bertha, we created a social care network that connects people and programs — making it easy for people to find social services in their communities, for nonprofits to coordinate their efforts, and for customers to integrate social care into the work they already do.

We support thousands of nonprofits by providing completely free access to our Open Toolkit, which gives you the ability to manage your program listings on our network, track referrals, manage team capacity, report on outcomes, and more.

Hear From Some of Our Partners

"We receive about 1,000 calls a month from people looking for shelter or resources. Being able to work with the caller to find what zip code they are in and what services they need, we can send them a list of resources from findhelp.org in a format that's best for them or share the website so they can see all of the resources in their area.

I am confident that I am giving them resources that I know are constantly updated and have the correct information online, and that makes a big difference in helping people get connected with what they need.

Madison Craigo, Past Resident Case Manager (Los Angeles, CA)

NCMedAssist

“I love that it’s free, accessible at any time of the day or night and offers a central place to go to and find services, refer patients and track the status of that referral. We serve the whole state of North Carolina and this is a great way for people to get connected no matter where they live and what kind of medications they need… I love that people can use the screener on the site to enroll in our program instead of the locations they went to before that are now closed due to COVID-19.”

Robbie Jarrett, Director of Patient Engagement (Charlotte, NC)

Foundation Communitiies
“Prior to Aunt Bertha, there were a lot of people calling and asking about housing. People were asking if there was an online application since they weren't able to get down to our office. Aunt Bertha has allowed us to reach more people that don't have access to us in person. It's given us a way to manage online requests in a meaningful way."

Valerie Prado, Housing Placement Coordinator (Austin, TX)
